Relieve pressure

* Drinking water is a way to stay hydrated and rehydrate. And it is one of the easiest ways to do if you want to get relaxed. 

* Also waking up 4 in the morning is a good thing to, that way everyone is still asleep so you have the benefit of doing your stuff
