Thoughts after I left my Country

When I came to New Zealand a few minutes before I went out at the airport my first thoughts were What the weather will be like, I was guessing 70% colder than my air con conditioner back in my country haha, at the first step outside the airport I felt the coldness in the weather’s air even though it was like a normal day, But I was pretty much amazed by it because a normal day In my country was a hot sunny day there’s no snow or anything it was just a sunny day, storm or a sunny day(with or without) clouds,
--I've never seen a lightning storm here in New Zealand too--. After that experience I had 2 weeks before I’ll start going to school, those 2 weeks I was pretty much just hanging out like, exploring the house, or walking around outside and there was this one time where I wanted to cross the road but I didn’t know what to do or how the traffic lights work( i didn't know how the traffic lights work because I've never lived in a city before I've lived on a province in which there's a 3 hours drive to get to the city. I had doubts on clicking that crossing button but I didn’t click it, Weeks later The my first day of school was a pretty nervous feeling, like I didn’t know anyone or what to expect because this school was very diverse than what school was like in my country Anyways, I was walking with the teacher to where my class is, and when we came the teacher introduced me to my new classmates and luckily I met Daniel, the only Filipino student in my class and now there’s two of us and he speaks Filipino, not just English, Daniel was the first guy I met in school and at Interval he introduced me to some other Filipinos as well and I was pretty lucky because without them it would’ve been hard for me to get laid in the culture / to understand things here that I didn’t understand, Daniel Introduced me to Rojan, Shawn, Brielle, and Ian. and that was pretty much It.
